LED Recessed lights new build

Do you install them before or after you put up the drywall on the ceiling?
If you use ones like this,
SMARSTAR 15W Warm White(3000-3500K) AC 110V 220V 7.09"x7.09"/180x180mm Recessed Square LED Ceiling Panel Light
http://amazon.ca/dp/B00DZLMXS8
Do you put the wires in a normal junction box up in the ceiling cavity?

These would not be legal to install in the US. I have a feeling it is going to be the same in Canada.

I agree with Buzz, I'd chack with a local lighting company (not just your Home Depot employee) or call a building inspector ans ask the questions. Even pot lights require special consideration when it come to installation ... clearance, coverings, insulation etc.. If your are shy, go to a H.D. and look at a current wiring guide and you should geet the information or a contact number. Do do anything along the lines you are thinking until you're sure. ... for safety sake.
