Kidde smoke/CO2 alarms

I have a KN-COSM-IBCA smoke/CO2 alarm in my basement and would like to install an i12020CA in another part of the same basement. How do I wire these to be compatible? Thank you

You need to check the booklet to see if they are, in fact, compatible. Some are not, but being both the same brand, I suspect they are.

edit: the book will probably give you a wiring diagram too
