next we got into an issue with a stack dryer( 1 30 plug ) ... 208 high leg ... we used the b phase as one of the legs ( 4 wire plug ).... just happened that that prong of the dryer need to get 120v for the controls also ..LOL so we switched it ... swoped legs at the breaker ... old military base being converted to residential ...but supplied by 3 phase ... it was actually the old Officers quarters housing ..everything underground and in ducts and it was not changing ..
