Just have to share the latest shenanigans

Just wow.....there was a plug up high on the wall for a nightlight from the prior homeowners, ok understand that. We decided to pull it down further so cut the lines and went to pull the wire up to run a new line. Line gets stuck trying to pull it out of the top plate hole...hmmmm, no staples - gave it the whole heave ho and dam near fell off the wall.

The reason it would not come out?? I guess the line was too short when they added the plug so they spliced not one, but TWO 6 inch sections to the end of the cable. No nuts, just twisted wires and no tape.

Still shaking my head on that one.

Members on forums that are persistent about knowing where other members live aren't doing so to help answer the questions ninety nine point nine percent of the time. The purpose of that information in a profile is for discrimination when or if necessary and you've just proven that.

It's really too bad things have to be that way.

No worries, I was pretty sure it was a joke as well if not, no drama.. I lived in WV for years and trust me I've heard it all.

It really was intended as a joke.....and seeing how the OP was not asking a question...but rather sharing with us what he found....I thought a little humor was on store.....

As for one's location in their profile....failure to put it in there does more to hender us providing help vs giving us oppertunities to poke a little fun.
