Juno Gimble 440 recessed trim--no instructions help

My contractor installed Juno TCR1 housings for me for an area over a shelf. I bought Juno 440 trim and 16 PAR bulbs as instructed. NO instructions came with the trim and I cannot for the life of me figure out how the bulb connects to the trim. It looks like the bulb has a ridge on it and the trim has a spring mechanism holding a piece of glass, I have tried numerous times to see if the bulb fits on top of the glass but cannot get it to. Help!

Juno Gimble 440 recessed trim--no instructions help

I believe you need a Juno GU10-WHIP with that trim ring. It is an adapter that screws into the socket in the housing, has two wires attached to another socket which holds the lamp and attaches to the trim.

Thanks! I think you are right because there are flat MR16 bulbs that hook into the GU10-WHIP and they have a ridge that looks like it sits in the trim.
