Interconnecting Humidifier to Furnace

I'm trying to interconnect my honeywell humidifier to my Lennox furnace so the humidifier turns on when the fan kicks in. Is there a NO contact on the lennox furnace I can connect to?
Is the HUM terminal a NO contact or is it powered?

Thanks for any help/expertise you have to offer...

Down into below post is a wiring diagram for a Goodman unit but it may help.
Experts on this site sometimes recommend a sensor relay. Diagram #2 is with a transformer. Diagram #5 is without transformer.

You can use a Current sensing relay or a sail switch, you can also purchase a t stat that has a hum connection. Honeywell prestige or IAQ. Both are great stats.
