insulation contact okay ceiling light can

Question about this lighting can: "the H99ICAT was designed to be used in insulated ceilings where insulation will be in direct contact with the housing. It is an AIR-TITE housing that has been designed to prevent air flow between unconditioned areas and living spaces."

Hi friends: Call me compulsive. I mean it says right above that this can can come in direct contact with insulation. And that is my plan. The five cans will be fully surrounded by basic pink insulation.

So I can trust this? No problem? Go ahead? Anything I need to know regarding safety for heat of cans and insulation before I lay it all in. The cans will be housing low wattage LED lighting units and I will lay flat lying pieces of insulation on all sides and over the top of the can.

(have great day)

You can put insulation in contact with that can.
