Air seal at the top plates in the attic space to stop air movement or get the foam gaskets for each outlet or switch.

Watch out if where you have dimmers. They get hot and can overheat.

In my state, we (electricians) are required to seal all unused openings into a box prevent this. We also must seal all openings between floors. You can buy foam gaskets to place under the switch and receptacle covers. That would be quick and easy.
