Installing sub panel

Ok I've decided to go with a 60 amp sub in the shed but now I've been reading where people say #6 thhn is not rated at 60 amps because you have to go by a certain degree rating in celcius and its only 55amps that way. So can I use #6 for a 60 amp panel? Also the sub panel powering my house is already grounded on different bars right?

Installing sub panel

Now im second guessing a 60amp breaker. I did a load calc and came up with 38 that's two tools running, lights, and an ac unit. So with that said I have also decided to look into aluminum and I am confused on the type. It will be in PVC conduit I think #4 will work but do I need urd, ser, or this stuff called underground secondary distribution cable? Also can I put #4 in a 100 amp or if aval. A 75 amp breaker and still be under code and have a 100 amp sub?
