installing recessed lighting trim

I have a Juno IC10-R can in my bathroom, and bought a gimbal trim ( and=1) to go with it. I have figured out how the bulb fits to the trim, and obtained a whip adapter so the bulb can move with the gimbal.

My problem is that the trim has two spring loaded rods on either side. It seems obvious that you squeeze the two sides of the rods together and insert them somewhere so that the spring action holds the trim in place. BUT... I can't figure out where you would insert them! Any ideas?

Very easy just look at two " C " clips on the can walls that where you put the springs on them and slide them up and ya are done.
