Installing outdoor floodlight - almost no wall access

So I installed an outdoor floodlight yesterday, and while planning I realized that there is almost no wall access to where I wanted to put the light.

The situation:

The light is on the outside of a kitchen nook/breakfast area. There is no attic access above the nook (insulation blow in filled the original crawl space). The wall is hexagonal shaped, with windows in each section. The ceiling is arched, and runs well above the roof line outside.

My temporary solution was to piggy back the light off a patio light, and I've used the appropriate UL cable and caulked everything to seal, but I am very unhappy with the solution.

For starters, the box is mounted right to the wall (since I couldn't recess it and still access it). And the wire run from the other light looks ghetto.

Suggestions?

Did you use Wiremold (tm) or other neat looking covering for the cable going to the other light fixture?

I hate fishing wires through walls so I would either leave it as-is or drill a hole straight through the wall and run the cable on the wall surface inside, perhaps to a nearby receptacle to get the power from.

I'm gonna shoot some pictures tonight to show the issues, the answer may be destroying the drywall inside to get outside, then repair =/

I will usually determine where I can run the wire 1st
Then I will install the light

Sorry I thought I was clear in the OP. I decided to run the wire outside, but am unhappy with how it turned out.
