installing a light/outlet combo

I am trying to install a light/outlet combo in my bathroom. It seems to be looped from the overhead light switch into a seperate light switch that just only ran the exhaust fan.I dont have any outlets in my bathroom so i wanted to have a combo that had the on/off switch for my fan and a outlet. I have very basic knowledge of electrical( I have replaced every outlet and light switch in my house just never any that were hooked together or any kind of combos) Please help me!lol thank you

Was this a remodel? If you do place a outlet in there, it will have to be a GFCI. You can feed the lights off of it, but all wiring must be #12 Romex, and it must be a 20 amp circuit.
