installing 200 amp panel

To OP.,

There is a fine line what you can do and can't so if you think we are very mean the answer is no we are not mean we have strict guideline what we can allow to say in this forum if you don't like it what we told ya that tough.,

I am not in the mood for bullcrap either you tell us the truth or get a real qualifed electrician to come out and do it right.

That why I did withold some of the answer until ya tell us the point.

Merci.
Marc

Question: Do you think Doug will decline to install the circuit breaker box after posting here, or do it anyway?

I sure he will do whatever puts the most money in his pocket regardless of the safety concerns. I'm sure he enjoys his lakeside home too much to put things like safety in the way of money.

Bahhh, safety, who needs that anyway?

(just kidding of course)

But yeah, sounds kinda fishy. We all have to learn at some point, but most of us prefer not to learn on somebody else's house! Best to do lot of research before hand, maybe even setup a "sandbox" panel to get a feel for things, before putting the skill towards customers.

Man...the nerve of some people...who thinks they can come to an existing chat community, insult them, and get the answer they want?

I really hope he is enjoying his time at the lake Really. I do.

I've seen many things that passed inspection and didn't meet code. Brave enough to post photos and let the "forum" inspect it?

I will just say one word in here which I used very loosely .,,

" I will be Dammed "

That all I have to say for the moment due the OP rather smart aleck comment and Thank Scuba Dave to clean up that one.

If the OP do come back and have him post the photo how it look like then we will be quiet about it.

Merci.
