I have a AOSmith motor # F48AB79E10 need help with wiring to pool cover controls

The motor has 4 wires, black, red, white, and green. The junction box has 5 wires, black, red, yellow, blue green. there is a switch that opens and closes the cover that runs into the jbox. there are also sensors to make sure the cover stops at the correct place. Can you help me figure out how to make this work.

Not without a lot more info about the controller and the sensors. The only thing I can say for sure is the green is the ground wire.
