I am renovating old bathroom

I am renovating old bathroom It came time to change the switch. It has a light switch, that the fan comes on when the light is turn on. Beside that is a normal set of plugs that is covered by one plate for the light swith and plug. Further is a gfi plug. Wanting to wire the fan on its own and light switch. I am putting the fan switch where the regular plug was wired. I have four black wires not sure how to run them. All of the white are tied together not sure what to do.

Can you get into the attic space above?
If so... it'll be relatively easy.

Unless there is wiring from the receptacle to the fixture or fan you will need to do some rewiring.
