how to wire 2-phase 240 pool pump

Replacing a pool pump freeze protection control box for my above ground pool.
My input is 120v black,red,green. The control box has a red and black input okay, but a white, a yellow and a blue. The control box diagram is plain, the white is neutral, the yellow and blue are load to the 240v pump.
My problem is the input lines to the pump are Green Brown Red and Blue.
The box's blue to pump blue is easy, but where do the pump's brown and Red go?

Without seeing the instructions almost all this is meaningless. The colors on the control box can be almost anything they want.

If you have black, red and green for the 120v input that is very wrong. You MUST have a white or grey neutral for a 120v circuit. NO exceptions.
Also, HOW are you getting 240v from a 120v input???

Why not post the name and model of the control box, or better yet a link to the instructions?

I am going to guess that they measured wrong. I am also going to guess, that they have a 220vac Single phase (No neutral, since Red & Black carry 120vac). Need Schematic from the pump, and pic showing how the wiring is connected back at the service panel for your Red, Black, Green.
