How to remove Halo Eyeball Trims?

Recently installed a bunch of 6" Halo recessed cans and am installing eyeball trims (specifically 78SN) - the kind with the 2 sets of tension arms (4 prongs) - not springs. We've actually bought 2 different colors of the same trim - one white, one metallic. I've found no info on how to easily remove them should we want to switch them out.

How do you release the arms once installed? Any tips or pointers to detailed removal instructions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Gently pull down and twist at the same time.

Usually does the trick

Actually the spring arm you do not twist. Just pull straight down.
