How to properly ground electric service

I am in the process of installing an exterior antenna and want to ground it properly. And to that point, I want to bond it to the electric service ground so it's to code. The electric service is currently only grounded on the interior to a cold water pipe. The ground rod for the antenna is probably 4 feet from the service entrance. Should I run an 6 gauge wire from the antenna ground rod and tap it to the metal conduit at the service entrance, or is there a better way? I was thinking I could add an exterior ground rod to the electric service below the meter and bond the two rods together underground. But then the question becomes where do I tap into the service ground? Can someone give some insight?
