how much to replace electical panel and move meter


Need to replace panel and move the meter up about 5 ft How much would an approx cost be

To be honest, you really need to call contractors in your area, prices will be all over the place on a internet DIY forum. Also, without looking at the job, impossible to price accurately, there isn't a set standard price list on this type of work, its a guess at what someone thinks it will take them x the dollar per hour they need to make to stay in business, plus material to complete the job.

how much to replace electical panel and move meter


Many utilities have a maximum height on meters. Some have a 5' max to the center of the glass.

Considering we don't know:
Your location.
The size of the service.
The location of the panel.
The location of the meter.
The new location of the meter.
And many other details about this job.

It is impossible to even give an educated guesstimate.
