I'm short and therefore perfect height for working in the attic (or so I'm told) - I end up getting banished there. I think I have the better end of the stick though because I find it easier to work from above (at least while everything is open).
I'll take insulation over sewage pumping stations any day. I used to service several apartment complexes and private residences. The one apartment complex had 1200 apartments that all dumped into one pumping station. Alternating 50HP 480V 3 phase pumps would pump the sewage into the public system. Had to watch out for all the needles and condoms. The one residential system had two grinder pupms in the bottom of the pit. When they failed the pit would overflow and that was when we would get the call. After the pump truck emptied the pit I would have to go down and pull the motors for service. Occassionally the owner would forget and flush the toilet while I was working. Not a nice sound to here.

I'll do insulation all day long.

lol Redman nope not standing up anyways. Was reduced to crawling today fishing out some errant insulation today and that was no fun. Can't imagine working in yours.

Electures I bow down to you and will never complain about insulation again after reading your post.
