I'm not a tin-knocker, but normally that trunk would be lying on the floor joists and the foam would be used around where it comes up through the floor to protect against condensation.

At least that's what I see.

Hey guys, thanks for all the great information. Stubbie, your drawing with the arrows really made it clear as to what is required and why. I have read other posts about neutral/ground seperation in subpanels but never really understood the why's until now. Now it all makes sense. Thanks a million (that is - if I had a million!! ) to all who replied. Like I always say "If your job was easy, everyone would want to do it."
