How to get 200 amp subpanel in garage

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, J.V. I found a site that went through the steps and the apartment alone comes to 108 amps total demand load. What would you do if it were your place?

Thanks jbfan, that load calculator was easy to use. I came up with 106 amps.
