How do make this look finished?

I installed a couple flourescent fixtures above the workbench in my garage. They are attached to the undeside of a plywood shelf. The 12/3 comes dirrectly out of the sheetrocked wall. I there a way to make something like this (romex coming out of a wall) look finished???

Also, I plan on running speaker wire from the sterio in one garage through the attic and into my other garage. What should I buy to make the speaker wires going through the wall look finished??

Thanks!

Sleeve it in 1/2" aluminum flex.

Where do I get this stuff, and what should I use where it passes through the wall? Do I just cut a hole in the wall for the flex and caulk around the edge of it?

yes on the wall entry. But either at box stores or an electrical supply house.
