You'll have to buy the switch. Usually box stores have them near the fan repair stuff. Drill a hole in the fixture and mount the switch. Incoming hot will splice to one of the switch wires (or terminals) and the other wire from the pull switch will go to the black wire on the flour. ballast. Incoming white will splice on ballast white.
