How do I attach a 4 prong cord to 3 prong outlet?

That cord reminds me of this one:

Don't get any ideas.

How do I attach a 4 prong cord to 3 prong outlet?

What 240v loads do you have in your house ?
If you can get by with out them in a power failure,
then you might be able to do something with it.
Otherwise its best to sell and get a 240v genny.
