how to connect TM-619H to 12v dc water pump

wiring diagram

You would hook your power from battery to terminals 1+ and 2 -, hook your pump to 4 + and 5-.

Do you have a TM-619H-4?
Are you using a 12 Volt battery?
Sure you're reading your meter correctly and it's accurate?

If so, I'm not seeing why you would have 26 VDC
