Hot tub will not start

I emtied and refilled it and made sure there was no air caught in the system. When you switch the breaker on you here 1 little click in the tub controls.

What we know so far:
- The tub was emptied and refilled, making sure there is no air trapped.
- The tub "clicks" when the breaker is turned on

What we don't know:
- Brand of tub
- Model of tub
- Age of tub
- 120 or 120/240V
- GFI breaker?
- If you have a tester
- Your level of electrical expertise
- Your location
- If you have the number of a technician who can troubleshoot this tub

- 120 or 120/240V 240V
- GFI breaker? Yes
- If you have a tester Yes
- Your level of electrical expertise OK but no expert

Is the GFI breaker holding, or tripping?
Have you tested for power at the terminals in the tub control panel?

IMO if there is power to the terminals inside the control panel the next step is calling in a technician. Unless you have the knowledge and tools to troubleshoot things like this it's just not worth messing with.

Who drained the tub? You or someone else?

Why was it drained?

If you did not drain the tub, could the other person have unplugged something? Or turned off something behind that hidden compartment where the pump and so forth is? Tripped the GFCI? (Press "Reset")

Also try turning the breaker(s) fully off, then back on. There could be a breaker at the hot tub as well as another at an electric panel at the house.
