Homeline Grounds/Subpanel Addition

the gas line is in a pvc type pipe also.
Don't mean to get off topic here, but that will need to be changed. In most places you can't run gas (LP or natural) in PVC pipe. (in fact noplace I've ever heard of allows that, but I haven't been everywhere)

So after you have the correct type of pipe (black pipe) for your gas line, the answer to jwhite's question will be yes.

EDIT: Reread what you said...and if you mean the correct type pipe is inside of another length of PVC, then I will retract part of what I said. Either way, the answer will be, or already is...yes.

The tv and phone wires themselves are metal paths. It does not matter that they are inside a pvc pipe.

You need a four wire system. Three number six and one numbrer 10 ground.

That yellow flexible gas tubing is metal, with a plastic sheath. But it sounds like there are already plenty of metal paths between the buildings.
