Holding ceiling light fixrure during installation

Is there any easy way of holding a ceiling fixrure during the installation wiring process?

Holding ceiling light fixrure during installation

Lots of manufacturers have some kind of system to hold the unit while the wiring is taking place......I will agree that sometimes they can be a handful if that is not the case.

Mostly only ceiling fans seem to come with some wiring support aid built in
Small stuff will be supported by the fixture wire, if you hold that while you make your connection...
There is always your shoulder...
or you can use a piece of ground wire to hang between the fixture and the box
