Help. Finding single gang ceiling fan light/fan switch with remote

Probably an idiotic question but hopefully someone knows the current market. I really would prefer something that has the fan and light control in a single gang and has a separate remote. I think there is something by hunter where the remote mounts in the switch plate but that is not ideal.

I am not too concerned if this is a PWM controller or a simple rheostat.

AFAIK, you either use a wall-switch controller (dual slider) or you simply install a regular wall switch and use a remote-control adaptor and wire that into the canopy if you need remote control. I do not think you can get both.

I don't know if I understand your question but there are fan/light combos out there that use just a single gang switch for both fan and light control. They usually also are remote capable. Most remote capable fan/lights that I have seen use just 2 wires from the wall switch box to the ceiling box.
