help with connecting existing wiring to a ceiling fan to a constant hot outlet

I installed a ceiling fan in garage. have 2 sets of wires. one from the switch that is black, red, white, and ground. these i have connected to fan red to fan blue and black, white to white and ground to ground. now the out lets do not work. have a white black and ground set of wires on outlet side and the extra black wire from switch side. I want the fan to work of the light switch and not constant hot which is what happens when i connect the black wire. help

Do you have one switch or two?
You can combine the fan and light to one switch and feed the rest of your receptacles with the black wire.
