Help with conduit bend

Guy, I have a conduit run that is sitting about 1/2 an inch below my finished ceiling height, where it bends 90 to go to the second level it is behind a vent stack and I have no access, the other way goes into a exterior wall with also no access, Is there any type of tool that can slip into this tight area to bend this run up a half inch? I need to install drywall on the blocking you see. I hope this picture helps, thanks in advance for any help

Help with conduit bend

You could use some 1 x's for furring strips.

I doubt you could notice that little bit of a slope, if so add them across the ceiling.

You could also just do a "field bend" and get it out of the way 1/2"

That's ok, after it get's covered with the sheet rock, you'll never see it.
