Help, the bakelite light fitting in my shower room smells!

Every time I have a hot shower, the light fitting starts smelling of fish. Its a halogen light fitting and I know they are hotter that the usual incandescent bulbs but before I fitted the shower it was fine. Now every time it gets steamy in there the light stinks the place out. What can I do??

Stupid

Everyone on this chat room is obviously completely stupid as no one can answer my question even if they can be bothered to ************ing read it.
