hardwire LED puck lights

The transformer is hardwired to 4 pucks, but they keep flashing, instead of solid light. What's wrong?

Either you have a short or overloaded transfomer that is the two most common cuprit you will have there so the only way you can do is seperated and test one of them at time to see what causing the flashing.

Some case I see someone did used wrong trasformer as well due most LED's genrally use DC supply instead of AC supply so check that out as well.

Ac transformer is my guess. The LEDs are only firing on the positive part of the cycle.
