hardwire Freezer in Afghanistan

working on a self contained freezer. I have to hardwire the freezer to the Generator. I have a 60 amp power cable to pug into the generator but the hard wire is from the freezer which have the wires ( White, Pink, Green, Black) to the cable has the wires( 4 small green , white, pink, black and orange) How do I properly wire this?

Single phase? Three Phase? 120 volt? 230 volt? 480 volt? Pink is red maybe? Freezer nameplate information? Generator information from the nameplate?
