ground wire size for 200A service?

New construction. Got a 200 Amp panel - using copper conductors. The neutral and hot wires are 3/0 I believe. What size is the copper ground wire in the panel supposed to be?

Thanks.

From the panel to the metallic water pipe entering the house and/or to the Ufer #4 copper or #2 Al. The NEC only requires #6 copper to the grounding rods however local codes may require #4.
