GREEN subpanel wiring 120V

OK, Ive installed a combo, wind turbine/solar power system, and it's time to Go live. Few problems, I'm not really understanding how to wire my QO sub panel. This has a mechanical interlock in it, so I can switch from GREEN power(from my inverter) to Grid power. Now inside this Sub panel, there are 3 bus bars 2 H and 1 N. I have 6# wires run from main Panel (off a single pole of a 60 amp double pole breaker) to an external disconnect (required by utility) which then comes inside to another 60Amp breaker (inside disconnect) BTW ALL THIS IS ONLY 120 V and all the diagrams i see are 240V. from this 60 amp I have the hot and neutral jumped to the QO sub panel ( its a Square D by Schneider, 4 Spot 60Amp) the other side the breaker is the AC in to my inverter. NOW how the heck do I wire my sub Panel???? I have Hots from both my inverter and from MAIN, but I want inverter output to power sub with the ability to switch to Grid power... I'm so confused

GREEN subpanel wiring 120V

You have a 240v supply from main panel and a 120v supply from inverter to sub-panel? That isn't going to work.

Question

GREEN subpanel wiring 120V

No sir, the 60 amp double pole breaker is only used on ONE leg from main panel, thus making it 120V.
