Here is one for half the price of new right now on ebay. It is ending soon.

Ebay/craigslist/pawn shops. Lots of tools being sold for cheap right now with the economy.

Never know these days, they could be your own tools you're buying back.

Milwaukee CPO (Certified Pre Owned) has some good values.
Disclaimer on photo is that actual unit may look more beat up.
Milwaukee 1675-8 Factory Reconditioned 1/2" Hole-Hawg Two-Speed Drill, 300/1,200 RPM

For Home use, a lot of folks are very happy with HF.
They claim slightly more power than the similar Milwaukee
HF-Angle Drill

Also, look around in your own area for a used item place, like "Cash Converters". They sometimes have tools that have only been used once. I've purchased alot of our tools there.
I've gone and and bought as much as 10 tools at a time and paid less than 50% off (of what they wood have cost new by bargaining.) These were very lightly used (almost new) tools.

Another feature that HF has included in their Drill is that the Aux handle can be mounted 180 deg from the switch handle.
In this configuration with a Mud Mixer and a 5 gal bucket makes great GP mixer. I sometimes use a similar set-up (with an ancient 1/2" Craftsman Industrial Drill) to mix mortar.
