Generator capacitor condenser replacement

I have a cheapo 2HP / 1250W gas generator that I picked up for free--it has issues, like it fell out of a truck and got banged up. Now that it's all J-B Welded back together I learn that it is missing the capacitor condenser. My question is what size do I get to stick in there?

Rather than order over seas $$$ I'm going to source it locally--but what size?

Also, of the four mystery wires I have to plug in somewhere,(two blacks, a blue and a green) I assume the two blacks go to the capacitor? And the other two to the rectifier.
