Gas line near branch load center

Installing a branch load center for a unfinished room above garage, main load center is in garage so I naturally want the branch to be close as possible. There is a propane gas line coming up from garage and up along the stud where I was going to put a gas log setup, but Im not going to do this anymore so the line will stay behind the wall and the shutoff valve will be installed. I just wanted to know what the NEC says about having a load center near a gas line.... any help would be very helpful.

Gas line near branch load center

The Code doesn't mention anything about electrical equipment being near gas lines, but the requirement for dedicated space for the equipment does come into play. Check this picture, see if it helps.

I would try and re-route it if you can.

Gas line near branch load center

Thanks guys, yea I wanted to remove the gas line but my dad said he doesn't think mapp gas can braze it with the length of the copper, and he borrowed a larger acetylene to do the job originally. We are going with a ductless heat pump so its useless to use and most future homeowners.

Prob. Copper, and very thin wall at that most likely, if it came off of a spool.
