Hello,
I know there are practical reasons to but are there any code mandated reasons to have an oil furnace on a dedicated circuit?

Thanks,
Jason

NEC 422.12 Central Heating Equipment. Central heating equipment other than fixed electric space-heating equipment shall be supplied by an individual branch circuit.
