Force air in wall heater


I'm attempting to install a 240 volt in wall forced air heater , the wire use was 12/2. The 12/2 wire has a black, copper, and a white
The heater has a black , green ground , and a red,
What wires go together ?

Force air in wall heater


The green wire is the ground same as the bare copper wire from your 12-2 is.

Blk to Blk, White to Red. Always nice if you mark the white wire with red tape of marker to indicate it is a current carrying wire.

What is the wattage of the heater?
