Fluorescent light issue

ryan50hrl Member   Join Date: Jul 2012 Location: Fox Valley, WI Posts: 199	Fluorescent light issue Have an old set up fluorescent lights that are in the basement, they were on and I flipped the breaker on and off a few times as I was working on some other areas not realizing they were plugged in. Now the lights only come on very dimly, what could have caused that, did I damage something?
