Fluorescent light issue


Have an old set up fluorescent lights that are in the basement, they were on and I flipped the breaker on and off a few times as I was working on some other areas not realizing they were plugged in. Now the lights only come on very dimly, what could have caused that, did I damage something?

Nope just seems that it burned out a bulb, new bulbs and it works great
