Flickering lights?

I went into my bathroom the other day and noticed that the lights were flickering. Now today I noticed that all of the lights that are controlled by that breaker all flicker. The bathroom is by far the worst though. When I went to the breaker panel I heard electrical noise coming from the panel. I shut off the breaker and it stopped. And ideas? Loose connection some where, bad breaker? Thanks

Very likely a loose connection in the panel. Again, most likely, would be A 5 minute fix for someone with electical experiance

The breaker may have some worn contacts, get it checked out by a professional electrician if you are unsure. If its is one of those "plugin" style circuit breakers then you should be able to get a replacement and do the job yourself.

Depending on the rating of the Circuit Breaker it should only be a few dollars (doing it yourself)

I think its a loose hot. Could be the breaker or somewhere in the circuit. Since its worse the the bath, I think its in the circuit. Try to avoid using the lights. Dont want to melt all the insulation on the wires.

Turn the breaker off and check each connection. Use a multimeter to check for voltage.

Could be loose hot wire OR loose neutral. Start by checking both at the panel and workl back toward the bath.
