Flickering LED Light

I have a new Apartment/Garage that I have just finished and it is a very energy efficient building because of the envelope wall and roof system and the use of all LED lighting.

I would like to know if anyone can tell me that if a LED light is flickering is it using more energy than it is supposed to or is it OK ?

The light in question is in a Coach Light on the front wall and has 4 / 2 watt candelabra bulbs with dawn to dust filter.

I have had the power on for 10 days now and I have only used 177KW, the building is over 2000sq ft and I have the garage cooled also with LG Mini-Split 3 / 9000 BTU units and the building system has no attic so the area cooled is 20 feet tall at the peak...

Any help on the LED Flicker would be greatly apperciated...

Flickering LED Light

NO !
Flickering uses less power.
Why is it flickering ?
What is it controlled by ?
Is it controlled by a dimmer ?

Flickering LED Light

Flickering is a broad term that has different meanings to different people.

Describe the flicker. Are there other coach lights (exactly the same) working fine? Where is the photocell? Is the fixture a LED fixture, or are you just using LED lamps?

Flickering LED Light

There are 4 lamps per fixture, not an LED fixture, one or two of the 4 blinks and jumps like it does not get enough energy to lite properly. The bulb is screwed into the photocell and all 4 bulbs have a cell but not all blink...

It is kinda neat, looks like a gas lamp from far away. Just wonder if I am wasting extra electricity?
