flatscreen TV install

I find out there is a recessed "clock hanger" recptacle I can use for the plug of the TV. I also found out there is low voltage face plate that lets
the A/V cable come out of the wall, using a low voltage open back box to mount the plate.

That's 2 holes and 2 face plates, does anyone know there are better options or fixtures to get the low voltage and line voltage to the TV?

hi those look great.
Can you tell me if that little divider in the middle separating the Line and Low voltage connection?

Dual Gang Recessed Electrical Box
  • Dual voltage allows for power and low voltage use with included divider

Thanks.. can you tell me if it's OK to run romex and low voltage (cat5, coaxial) through the same hole in the header?

Nah , that wouldn't be a good idea. It would delete the purpose of the separation.

Its perfectly fine, and allowed by code.

Never said it wasn't "allowed", I just prefer to keep the 2 seperated. Personal preference that's all.
