flat screen TV on wall

want to mount a small flat screen TV on the wall for my daughter (in bedroom)- The location is about 3 feet above an existing electrical outlet. sSo if I do not want to see the power cord dangle- my only options are to move the entire outlet behind the TV- or run some type of wire cover on the outside of the wall correct?

There are other options.
Three is a kit sold for just this purpose.
It allows you to run all the necessary wires through the wall opposed to outside the wall. No need to move the outlet.

The cheapest and code compliant is to install a receptacle behind the TV and wire it in the wall straight down to the existing receptacle.
