Finding a copy of the 2006 International Building Code

I'm building a house in a different town that uses the 2006 International Building Code as its standard. I don't really want to shell out the bucks for a code that a lot of other places are already calling obsolete. In fact, this town intends to change to a new standard later this year (not in time for me, though).
Can anyone tell me of a web site that I can access this 2006 code, preferably in its entirety?

I believe I seen the IBC on there.

The have a lot of stuff on that site. You can even find the 2008 NEC if you don't mind a 120 meg download.
