Which electrick cable for shower?

Hi every one, i just joined the Forum, i hope some one can help me, i have a shower that i bought a couple of years ago, and i have only just got round to installing it.

The Shower is a Galaxy Serene 9.5 KW, and i would like to know what amperage cable is required for this particular model?
I lost the booklet that came with it, and the the Galaxy web site does not have a booklet for this model anymore.

Any advice would be more than welcome.

6# is commonly referred to "6 gauge" or "6 awg" here in the us.
We use the "American wire gauge" much different than using the metric system, and is supposed to make it easier for wiring.

There is some conversion charts out there, but im no good in uk wiring, so check with your codes.

The wire size in UK you will need 16mm2 twin core and I am pretty sure you will need the shower head power circuit to be RCD'ed.

Merci,Marc
