Electricity goes off and comes back on often allby itself.

House built 1988, has intermittent electrical problem. Can't find reason for our power to stop on one circuit and the rest of the house is still on. All the big items are the same circuit along with a few small outlets/switches. Stove, micro, dishwasher, washer, dryer and a few outlets. what causes it? Breakers or internal?

You need to check for loose connections. While you are at ti, it, tighten up all the sxcc x screws n adnd sa adnd set screws holding things wires on in the breaker panel.

Leave the big lugs in the panel fo r someone with lots of experionece to tighten up for you.
